Are there any other possible Raima Server Names to try? I am running ArcServe 2000 v11.1 and am trying to run the dbfix and dbdefrag utilities. I have tried the 'casdb', 'rdsnp' and 'arcserve' as the Raima Server Name and none have worked. Each time I have used 'admin' and 'secret' as username and password and get the same 2005 error.

Please verify if the rds.exe is running...
Also, open the admin.exe tools found inside the ARCserve isntallation folder.
This is a GUI tool to manage the DB.
on the file menu.. select Login..
Login to the casdb with admin and secret as credentials.
if you are not able to login here, you would have to look at the env variable to find out if there are any discrepencies withthe configuration..
