Radio Buttons reset themselves

I have multiple sets of radio buttons, and all work fine except one. When you change the selected one to another option and click the submit button, the original radio button gets selected then the form submits.

I have no problems with any of the other radio buttons. The url is below, and the set of radio buttons I am having problems with has to do with the Payment terms near the bottom of the page.

Thanks to those who have looked. I figured out my problem. I did not have 2 "=" for my javascript statement.
