Radio Buttons or Pick List

Hi

Using Excel 2000.

I want to issue an excel document wherby the recipients can respond how often they use our reports.

Eg.

Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Occasionally
Never

In excel can radio button be used or is there a way users can select responses from a pick list.

If either of the above is possible can the steps to achieve this please be posted.

Have a look at Data Validation. You can have an in-cell drop-down with this.
