Radguard user manual / resetting

I received a RadGuard cIPro-VPN from a previous company I worked for, but received no software or manual. It has pin numbers set, so I am unable to reconfigure it. If ANYONE has a manual for this appliance, or knows how to clear all pins, PLEASE let me know. I am very eager to use this equipment! Hope to hear from someone soon.
