R8.1.52 Manager issues

Is anyone experiencing issues with the New 8.1.52 Administer program? Other than the 20 minute download and huge delay loading...I have two pc's (XP Pro) that the Manager Application will run but I can not log into the IP Office. I get an error on one machine and the other just freezes. System Status works fine on both as well as monitor..I have removed/repaired/reinstalled/rebooted..you name it!

I have it working on a Windows 7 Pro Laptop no issue....
