Customer has an ACS R7 with a large PVM card. The problem occurs when night service is on. One extension is forwarded to a cell phone. All works fine until after an employee accesses the system remotely. Then, (1)when the caller presses the selector code to go to the extension that is forwarded they get dead air, (2)all message lights that were on won't go off, and (3)all message lights that were off won't come on. The processor has been reprogrammed, and the PVM card is next. Any other ideas about what the problem is?
