Ok I have the .wav file, my default TFTP dir is C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager but I can't type that long of directory into Manager. I guess not enough characters allowed?

Right now it shows c:\Program Files\Avaya\Ip Offic

Any ideas?

Well maybe I don't need help, I guess the bottom section is for alternative music on hold. As long as the holdmusic.wav file is in the correct dir I should be ok?

I Prefer use a real TFTP server or MVIPTEL use web interface for logs and include a http server for ip phones

ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/tsoweb/9600/MV_IPTel_setup2.0.2.exe

Two options:
a. you have a System SD card, put the .wav file on it in the root
b. you have a tftp server
1. you use manager, put the file in the working directory as found under "File", "Preferences", "Working directory"
2. you use a third party TFTP server, put the file in the working directory of the TFTP server
