R300 Ethernet speed/duplex settings

The R300s were deployed from Avaya to cover customer needs for telephony in small remote locations (something like the G350s and G700s in LSP mode)
They discontinued the product before starting to sell G350s and G700s. The documentation for the product is in the documentation CD of R9 - R11 Definity systems. However it does not mention how to change the speed/duplex of the ethernet interface....
It is based on the Lucent MAX 3000...
