r/3 adapter output file as 0 size

Hi,

When some Batch of IDocs are dispatch, the R/3 adapter
creates the tid file of size 0.

what are all the possible reasons for this?

Highly urgent..Any help is appreciated.

If you are using SAP IP 7.1 or 7.2 with 6.7.x, this is a known issue and you must report it to support so they can request a patch. This patch have already been sent to several customers and is working OK. #45279

Also what is this #45279? - > is this the patch number?

The SAP IP is the separate package that comtains the R/3 adapter. ECase #45279 is the patch request number. You must be on 6.7.1 to get this fix. Contact Support with the ECase number.
