We only have 5 computers on a peer-to-peer network. One runs Win2K, the others run Win98SE. Currently, they are all setup as a "workgroup". Would there be any advantage setting them all up as part of a "domain"? Would accessibility/sharing between them be better?

If you are on a Peer to peer and you do not have a central Windows Logon server then you cannot use the domain aspect. Domain basically requires a central logon authentication server. Your peer to peer network, as long as it does you fine should be good enough with only 5 PC's. James Collins

Thanks for your help! The reason I asked was that while generally our network works fine (sharing, printing, etc.), sometimes I have problems running apps that are on a Win98 machine from the Win2K machine, and visa-versa. I wondered if setting up a "domain" would help, but sounds like it won't.
