Hello,
You can try making a backup of your notes.ini and stripping the original. Open the notes.ini, and remove everything below the data path, save. Restart Notes, configure Notes and your Admin Preferences. Then run some tests. If this doesn't work, you can close Notes and roll-back your notes.ini.
