"Timeout" displayed when calling an internal ACD path

Calling an internal ACD path with an interflow timer of 5 mins, then after 3 mins 32 secs I got timeout on the screen and got NU tone. Handset = 5224 SW Load = 8.0.8.8. Any ideas on that guys?

Does you ACD path have any RAD's, if not put one in on the front with a timer of 10 secs.

See what happens, it should not time out

Yeah I've got RADs that repeat themselves every 30 secs. I didn't think any timers applied to ACD paths??

Most likely candidate is the ringing timer in the COS of the dialing device.

Default = 180 (3min) before disconnecting the call on timeout.

I have not encountered this issue using ACD but it fits the facts as presented

Thanks for the reply. I'll try ringing from an outside line as I've amended the ringing timer on that to 300 secs.
