"Shadow Taskbar" not opening......

Hello folks, I've a most likely obvious/stupid question.
On trying to open the "Shadow Taskbar" from the toolbar I get "The ICA client is needed for this utility. Do you wish to install it now?". Clicking "Yes" get's me "Cannot locate the setup program......please reinstall....".

I've re-installed the ICA client and bounced the servers but no joy, I don't want to go and have to install the CMC on all of the support people's PC's and the CMC from the Published Desktop is just *real* slow.

Any ideas?
(oh yes, shadowning is fine from the CMC)

Solution 3 from CTX101483 had the solution for me:

To launch the Shadow Toolbar, Feature Release 2 needs the short path (drive:\PROGRA~1\Citrix\ICACLI~1\wfica32.exe "%1").

Feature Release 3 needs the long path ("drive:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client\wfica32.exe" "%1").
