Interesting!

New computer running WinXPP(2).

I'm running Paradox7 and Access 97 and all of the buttons show just the outline of the button but NO button labels.

If I click on the supposed button it does not function.

Any ideas?

Thanks Much . . .

If this is software that you have installed yourself, have you tried removing it and re-installing it, after first disabling any security type programs such as virus scanners and the like, which may interfere with the install?

Have a look for any logs of these programs to see if they mention installation or other errors. Also check out your Event Viewer.

Look in the System or Application folder. You can get to the Event Viewer via right click My Computer icon and select Manage.

Any errors logged in the Event Viewer can be expanded by double clicking on the error line.

Take any event error I.D. number and search for it on these sites.
