"Run-Time error 91" Object variable or with block variable not set

One user receives this error while using one of our insurance programs which then integrates with word. This message opens as it tries to import the info into word. Only happens with this user.

Check the permissions/group memberships for the user are the same as everyone else...... (both on the Citrix server as well as on their own local workstation).
