"required privelige not held by the client" error, services are OK

When trying to edit jobs on one of my backup servers I get the error "A required Privelige is not held by the client" I know that quite often this error is because of improperly configured logon credentials for the services, but this is not the problem in my case. All of the services are correctly setup. I also tried a repair install of BE 9.1 and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
