I've got a multi-user Network database that I've been having loads of trouble with lately. I'm used to the corrupt text that comes up as special characters but something new started today. When I go into a specific table I and attempt to sort by one of the fields, I get an error message that states "the record has been deleted". I click OK and nothing crashes but I cannot sort by any fields. Anyone have any experience with this kinda bug? Thanks in advance,

Andy

Andy,

You have at least one corrupted object on your database. From what you have already mentioned corruption is a common problem for this database. You might want to do some research and find out what is causing the corruption rather than simply solving the immediate problem every time it crops up.

If you will search this forum, you will find plenty of suggestions to avoid corruption.

Good luck.
