"Prefetch Exception" and 'SWI Exception" error messages on the BB

Does anyone know what the problem might be with my BB 7210. When booting the device, it goes directly to and error message that reads SWI exception or Prefetch exception. Is there a fix for this??

I've also been having this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

THis might help...

Resolution:

1. Connect the handheld on the cradle.

2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click Application Loader.

3. Select the options to erase existing data and applications.

4. Complete the loading process.
