Is there a way to increase the number of measured trunks in CMS?

You will need to contact your BP or Avaya and increase you RTU.

You have to change the number of measured trunk in the "Data Storage Allocation" form in the CMS. You'll find this under "System Setup."

Only problem is, you have to turn off "Data Collection" and change "CMS State" to single user mode before you can make the changes. Then you have to change them back after the changes are made.

You'll also want to make sure that you have plenty of space in "Free Space Allocation" after you make the change to increase your storage.

Thanks marcell55. I knew I had seen this before just couldn't remember where. I'm scheduled for re-boots this friday..I'll take care of this then.
