"ntbackup" Back Up Ends with Errors

I have an "ntbackup" that runs during the same time that some jobs are running on the SQL Server (same machine). It ends with errors. I need to find out why this happens, and how to fix it. Can someone lend some insight? Here is the log from the back-up:
