"not equal to" statement in a macro

Is there anyway to put a "not equal to" statement in a macro? For example, I have
Condition
[pass]=[pass2]

I want...
[pass]not equal to[pass2]

I tried an else statement, but it didn't work.
 
Try:

[pass]<>[pass2]
