"no enough space in your video drive", premiere. Help me!!!

My premiere 6.0 was installed under a user account. It works in order. Now, when I log on with another user account and access the premiere, it tell me "You have not enough space in your video drive". But I have 60G space in my disk. What is the concept of "video drive" and how to set it. Help me.
