"HTML Package" Loading at W2K login and startup

I appear to have picked up something from the internet which has placed a file on my system which loads a program - "HTML Package" after I have started up and logged in. On shutdown it has to be stopped manually. I cannot find any exe file anywhere to delete. Does anyone have any ideas please!
