Hi, can anyone tell me "DistinctCount:" refers to in the Table Indexes section of my Analyse/Documentor document for a table?

Example of print out:

Table Indexes

Name Number of Fields

All RecordsContents
Clustered: False
DistinctCount: 10

All RecordsFunction
Clustered: False
DistinctCount: 0

All RecordsSubDescrip
Clustered: False
DistinctCount: 1

and so on.

Thanks for your time and knowledge!!!!

Hey DawnIT. The Documentor is a lot more useful if when, after you see the report on the screen, you go to file/save as table. Access will create a new table called Object Definition that you can query against. Tyrone Lumley
