I have a user that recently moved out of state (and thus outside of my network). She accesses the network via Cisco VPN client, but each time she tries to log onto a server via Terminal Services she gets a message stating that her credentials have expired and her account get locked (my group policy locks accounts after three unsuccessful login attempts, but she swears she's only trying once).
I can unlock her account and she gets back in just fine. What on Earth is causing this to happen? Is she not exiting out of TS correctly? Any ideas?
