hi
I have Crystal reports developer edition 8.5 installed on my machine.I am connecting to Oracle database through ODBC.When I preview the crystal reports from Crystal reports developer edition,I am able to see the report but when I run the crystal reports from an application,it says "Cannot find database dll".I would like to know the dll files required to run the crystal reports by connecting to Oracle database.
Thanks in advance

If you are connecting to ORACLE natively you will need PS2ORA7.DLL....If you are connecting via ODBC then you will need P2SODBC.DLL (I think). The best way to make sure is to go to DATABASE -> CONVERT DATABASE DRIVER from the Menu in the deisgner. This will show you the DLL that you are currently using (PDSODBC.DLL). However, this is NOT the actual file name. For some weired reason the actual file name is slightly different). At any rate these database DLLS can be found in the Crystal folder. (c:\winnt\crystal)
