"Broadcast" messages from Clipper in a Windows 9x network

Hey !! I can't believe that windows 9x peer to peer network can't send messages (broadcast messages within a peer to peer Windows 9x network). A facility that Novell every time, years and years, suportted !. So simple as "net send xxxxxxxxxx 'client'". I have tried Winpopup, RealWinpopup, LanMail, and others products that yow can download from download.com for free. They work. BUT IN A WINDOWS POPUP DIALOG!. I need a product that you can launch from a Clipper applicattion. That means a product that support a "line command ability", so that you can launch it from a Clipper application, with a "run" command, embbeded in a clipper code, when you need it. !
