"Attempted encryption operation not supported by this version of Notes

Hi,

I has a user that encrypted his database. On the following day, he is not able to open the database, an err prompted "Attempted encryption operation not supported by this version of Notes".

Any idea on how to resolve this?? I need to solve this very urgently.
