My company has a number of physical sites each with an exchange server set up as its own exchange site. I have one user mailbox which appears twice on the Global address book twice on all servers apart from his own home server. He has only one mailbox and i have just recreated it and syncronized all servers. The rogue mailbox in the Global address list was last modified last year! When a message is sent to the user i get the message :
he recipient name is ambiguous
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=us;a= ;p=*****
group;l=********0207080829M8JN2L72
MSEXCH:IMS:***** Group:*******:****** 0 (000C0595) Ambiguous
Recipient
Any ideas how to get rid of the rogue entry in the Global address list on the other servers?
