"0" out option on 3904 set 1

I run Option 61 with 3903 and 3904 sets. Isn't there an option on the set to allow the user to point his "0" out option?

If not, where and how do I set the 0 out?

This would be in your voicemail system. If using Callpilot you would need to make sure the class of service has this option checked. If in the mailbox press 8* for a list of available commands. Not sure what the actual steps are.
