Quintum DX3000 E1 ISDN PRI Voice Gateway 1

Our provider told us that Quintum DX3000 E1 ISDN PRI Voice Gateway can not be administered through Quintum Tenor Configuration Manager. Configurations can only be done through CLI. Anyone who can confirm this?

A DX3000 is a DX and is the same as all the other series.
