Quiken software question

My quicken software was working fine. Then one day when i tried to open it a message came up saying "locked out". Now i can not access quicken. This message comes up and when i click ok, Quicken closes.

Any ideas?
 
Sounds like a priviledge problem. Might want to go on the administrator account and check your priviledges for your account.
 
Is this the actual error message?

Warning: "An incorrect PIN has been entered several times in a row. For security reasons, your account is now locked. [OL-334] or [OL-334-A]"

If not, could you post the full error message? Possibly cut and paste?
