Quicker Logon

When configuring a GPO, which provides for a quicker logon: leaving a setting "Not configured" if it doesn't need changing or setting it to the setting (either enabled or disabled) that most resembles the default?

I'm guessing that it would be Not Configured. AFAIK that is the 'default'.
When setting up login scripts I remove all administrative templates from the GPO and it runs faster so I assumed this means that it does not need to look through the rest of the settings at all.

it IS the default, and if it isnt configured the system will just pass over it without looking...
