Ok I know this might be a little off topic but I'm not sure which forum to post to. So if you would rather direct me in the right direction that will be a a help.

In the mean time: QuickBooks 2k2 accountant edition

1) I need to customize my invoice. But the options given are not meeting my needs. I want to be able to total the # of Items collum, show that number and then use that number in a conversation formula and show those results.

2) I wrote a check to a third party as a deposit for goods to be delivered. The funds will be distributed by the third party to the vendors at the time the goods are recieved by me. I need to issuse Purchase Orders (PO) to the vendors. I would like to track the distribution fo the funds as the goods are recieved,as I recieve form the PO's. And show how the funds are supposed to be distributed from the 3rd party check.

Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks in advance.
