We are experiencing a number of calls that abandon within 1-10 seconds after queuing to skill. This happens on several different VDN-vector-skill paths. We answer calls for more than 1 client so each has unique treatment before queueing.
Below are snapshots of 2 different vector steps - each have the same problem. The first sample there are no whispers heard from the VDN - the second sample includes whispers on 99% of calls. Any ideas? (G3V11.3, BCMS, ASA)
