Queued Calls Ringing

I have a customer that tells me he has an Avaya system(he doesn't know which system or release, but he tells me that they login to receive customer calls, so i'm assuming that it is either a Legend or a Magix). He also tells me that they are queuing calls and he wants the queued calls to continue to ring all phones until answered (like Partner ACS Auto System Answer). I am not very familiar with the Legend/Magix. Is there a way to do what he wants to do? I will be traveling to that site in a couple of days. I would like to have some idea of what I will be facing if the system does turn out to be a Legeng/Magix. Thanks for the help.
 
Well, we would need to know what you are working with.

IF they have a DISPLAY SET and can 1) Press INTERCOM (or SA) and 2) Dial *05, if it is a Legend or MAGIX it will tell them.

When we know that, more answers may be provided.
 
OK folks, here's an update. The customer has a Merlin Magix Rel. 2.2 V7.01. It is configured in Hybrid/PBX mode. The customer also has Merlin Messaging (don't know what release). Ideally what they would like is to have the system answer the calls that are not answered after 3 rings, play a greeting for the customer and then place the call on hold listening to MOH and also have all available phones ring while the calls are on hold. Is this possible? If so,how can I do it? If it is not possible, the customer wants to get rid of queuing and the need to login/logout entirely, and have all available phones ring for incoming customer calls. What would I need to do in this case. As I have stated in my original post, I am not familiar the the Legend/Magix systems, so I need all the help I can get. Thanks for your help.
