Queue-info ACD-extension not adequate

Hi folks,

Can you help me with the following problem:
After we upgraded to SP10 (BC12 and coming from SP6) we found out that at some (not all) of our ACD-extensions the queue-info not refreshes when members are activating or de-activating their DBC 4223 by pressing the CAD-button. So our employees are not right informed about number of colleages who are (un)available. Thus it's possible that a member steps out (assuming that a colleage is available, who is NOT), so the group is empty. (It is not possible to have visual contact between the members mutual because they are spread over different locations)

Is anybody familiair with this problem and is there a solution available?

Please help me out.

E/// is aware of this situation and a fix will be released in SP11. the problem is that, they tried to fix this problem, which resulted in a faulty patch in SP10 which causes dropped calls on extensions with ACD queue info on display.

be ware that SP11 is still in alpha, you can expect it november/december

OK, i'll be patiënt and wait [yawn]
and in the meantime we will manage the problem by pressing ... and pressing ... and pressing ... the Que-SK
 
SP11 has arrived.
It seems like it solved our problem.
