What is the button type that lights up when there are calls in queue? I've seen in mentioned here and in the documentation, so I know it exists. But, I can't seem to figure out which feature it is. Which one is it?

Thanks!!!

It is called "Group

Well, I found it. I feel like a blind fool now. It right there as soon as you click on the button. I've been looking at the menu for years now and have never seen that. %@*%^#$@!&%^$%!!!!!

I know the feeling, the solution is often closer as you might expect it to be and then you overlook it.

I always loved the saying... "You know why things are always in the last place you look for them? Because when you find them, you stop looking!"

Not sure who said that, but I can't take credit :D

Lee Evens Said it, but I suspect he wasnt first

It would be nice if pressing Group status gave an indication of the number of calls in queue, or longest waiting and an "answer" key.

Group:
Monitor the status of calls ringing a hunt group. The button BLF will indicate when there are calls ringing the hunt group and change indication when there are calls queued for the hunt group. Press to show call information, press again to pickup the longest waiting call. Put the name of the group, surrounded by quotes, in the Telephone Number field. This feature only works for groups with queuing enabled.

Ahh the ilicid "Feature Request Required"

Umm anotherprivatebuild !!!

calls in que is a function usualy displayed on a CCC walboard.
making this info available on a DSS button could reduce the need for CCC & cost Avaya money.

Personaly I woudld have to agree that if you have a need toknow how many calls are waiting (rather than just that tey are there) then you are probably in need of at least CBC if not CCC, otherwise use call status at least it is free.
