Few quick queue questions for you IP Office Gurus:

1) Is there any way to identify the caller ID information for the callers waiting in a queue?

2) Is there any way to tell how long each caller has been sitting in the queue for?

3) Is there any way to pick particular calls from the queue rather than the standard first in, first out routine?

Thanks Guys!

When the Call is sent to the VMPro's 'Queued' or 'Still Queued' action, the Callers ID will be in the $CLI variable.

The variable $TIMEQUEUED will have the time in the Queue.

As to picking a particular call, I'm not sure:
Could Transfer the queued Call to another target number.

You can use Incoming call routes to prioritise certain numbers, so when a particular number calls in they go to the front of any queue :) This is better than picking the calls out manually.

I think that using the old "Call Status" application you could see and steal particular calls. This would only be appropriate for one or two persons within the organization - really not made for "user" use...but would work.

how many calls does softconsole or phonemanager show, doesn't it depend on the call appearance keys? And you can select them individually, im not in a position to test but I think you can.

TheTaker has a good idea

Just be sure you have enough CA's and then set the option "answer preselect"
This allows you to press the CA and see who is calling
Pressing again pick's up the call

This are all great responses thanks!

I did find that the old Call Status application does allow me to see the caller info, and steal the calls out, so that may work.

TheTaker: This sounds more user friendly, I'll have to give this a shot as well.
