The other day we had an odd issue where our queue announcement played over a call that one of our cs reps was on. Has anyone seen this happen before, and how can I prevent it from happening again?
It's next to impossible to say what the issue was never mind fix it after a single one off event, you need to see if happens again and start tracing if it does and then look for patterns etc, but I don't think there's much to be done now
