Questions about Turbo Delphi

Turbo Delphi Exp comes with the VCL/frameworks soruces or only with the DCUs?

What are the product real limitations?

I was not able to found anything about the sources in the PDFs (what I've read a couple days before asking). Are you sure the answer is there?

And Borland is not going to tell me the product limitations. I want some informed, independent opinions if it is possible, no material written under the Eye of the Beholder (aka Marketing Dept.) scrutinizing.
