You will find from that FAQ that this is a forum, not a help-desk or tutorial. Try googling for 'SSL tutorial' - you will find many examples.
If this is a real commercial application I would seriously consider using a bank's credit card portal for your credit card processing. All the major banks operate this service, which can be transparent on your site, and provide the security (and commercial credibility) that you will need.
