I am not a professional sorry but what does it mean when I read a article that says Mozilla is going to have plug ins but Chrome isnt? or something like that
Plug in's are mini add on applications that run within the application, but are not actually part of it.
Think of a basic text programme. It allows you to change the font and format but that's all.
Someone writes a spell check "plugin". This, although not part of the main programme, still runs within it.
Robert Wilensky:
We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true.
Well, if you read an article that says that says "Mozilla is going to have plug ins but Chrome isnt", then it's an outdated article. Google Chrome now supports "Extensions" - their version of "plug ins"
