Question regarding RRAS VPN

I would like to create a VPN between two of my offices (static) and Ive been told that RRAS will provide that VPN functionality. Is this true, and if so, can someone possibly point me in the right direction for information. I think we will be going the L2TP/IPsec route, but would like more information on it.

Also while IPSec is more secure, in terms of overhead PPTP maybe a better fit for your organization. It's probably a more simple method.

So baste on my reading here(and by the way thanks), the VPN setup on RRAS is made for ONLY mobile users, and not for site to site VPNing.
