We are a distribution company which uses Goldmine. The features we use most are the calendar system & the BCM part of it. It's important to us for the company to be able to view our outside sales people's calendars. Our outside sales people dial-in to sync with Goldmine. Would exchange server 2003 be able to do this? If we need addons for this, what do you recommend?
Also we love the feature in Goldmine that allows use to go into a contact's history and view old emails that we have with them. Anyone in the company can go into a contact and see the correspondence between any of our sales people and that customer/vendor. What addons if any would we need to do this with Exchange?
If we are able to do this with exchange and available through outlook, would it also be available through owa? How would the outside sales people be able to view this?
We have some people in our company not liking goldmine so they've asked me to look at other alternatives. Microsoft's site isn't very clear about these things we need.
Any suggestions or ideas would be very much appreciated.
