Question on Volume Control

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can provider me with information regarding volume control with VB. Basicly I was wondering if I could check if the user's computer volume is "mute" or not and if it is, I want to unmute it and set the volume to it's highest. As always thanks a lot for your help and even just reading this =). Any ideas are very welcome!
