Hi to all
Question on Cisco ip net pool if I have 10 ip’s in my ip net pool and I use overload will it grab 10 ip and soon as it use 10 ip’s from pool and then will it use overload or will it use only first ip and only that one

Thanks

Hi,

If you have correctly defined a nat pool to use 10 ip's then set up your nat statement to use that nat pool ending the command with "overload" your router will first use up all 10 ip's defined then on the 11th request you will start to use PAT (Port address translation).

I hope this helps, if you still need an answer to this question.

thanks,

Lee
