Hello,

We recently got new range of DID’s from ATT, but when I setup new stations in that range I’m unable to make inbound call to the new DID, is there a something I need to look in Pbx or CM to check anything ? Or do I need anything need to be added to core systems ?
 
Are the DIDs coming in on a SIP circuit or PRI? PRI should work as long as the digits being sent by the carrier match your new extensions exactly. Check the incoming treatment table for the trunk group to make sure the digits aren't being manipulated.
