Hello,

I have to record a announcement, and my feature access code to announcement access is *104, I’m unable to dial *104 from my extension! How should be the COS and COR setup so that I can dial *104 from my extension

You will need to set the Console Permissions to "y" for a Class of Service.
I would recommend NOT changing the COS that everyone is part of and pick something down the line such as 10 or whatever and assign that to the station that will be doing the recording.
Console permissions turns on other permissions as well, so be aware.
