A user I support imported data from Excel to Word as a table. The problem is that it seems as if dynamic styles xl... are created for the columns, with the result that the righthand margins are too near the end of the column and doesn't print out completely. Are there a way of setting these styles ???<br>

Click somewhere inside the table. Go to Table-Select Table. Go to Format-Paragraph. Make sure left/right indents both set at 0&quot;. While everything is still selected, format the style as normal. You could record and run a macro to do these things for you on a regular basis.
